Postage fees & charge

所收到的订单将在第二天处理并安排在每个星期一，星期三，星期五发货；

发货后 2 至 4天能收货。

我们都会尽快准备好你的订单，并在最短时间内发货。

但由于是通过快递公司送货，有时候可能会遇到一些无法控制的突发状况而延误。如有耽搁还请多多包涵。

城市地区（白色）的顾客，凡在我们本店消费满RM149 或下单特定优惠配套，将一律免邮。

We provides free delivery shipping to whole malaysia .

For singapore and international shipping fee please contact us before purchase or contact us via fb page messenger, we have shipping charging based on the weight of the item you are purchase .order received will be processed and shipped out on next day. the delivery will take place within 3--5 working days.we also will take into consideration of product availability and will advise according if any delayed in delivery time. Your parcels are delivered using the courier services via poslaju . currently we only available to ship to peninsular malaysia, sabah and sarawak. all addresses are unable tomake any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case). 

Self-collect

you can choose to collect your purchases at our store location <<your Location>> we try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. we hope our beloved customers might note that <<Your Company>> does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. however, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
